We got tired of going out to eat, ordering gluten-free bread, and being handed something that had been pulled from the freezer—dry, crumbly, and falling apart before you could even take a bite.

So, in true Defying Gravitea fashion, we decided to defy the limits.

We went back to what we know: the way Grandma used to make bread. Bread made with care, patience, tradition, and a whole lot of heart. We worked until we created gluten-free, dairy-free breads that are soft, hearty, flavorful and actually taste like bread.

No settling. No “good enough for gluten-free.” Just really good bread that happens to be gluten- and dairy-free.
